Why play padel?

Padel is a sport which combines action with fun and social interaction. It’s a great sport for players of all ages and skills, as it is both quick and easy to pick up. Most players get the basics within the first half an hour of playing so that they can enjoy the game and have some fun rallies.

Padel is not as dominated by strength, technique or a serve as in tennis, and therefore it is an ideal game for men and women to compete together. It is also less physically demanding than other sports and so it doesn’t matter what your level of fitness is, or your age -  anyone can start to play and enjoy Padel.

The enclosed court and the use of walls definitely adds an interesting dimension to the game, requiring players to adapt their strategies and tactics, as points are often won by strategy than by sheer strength and power.
